Let Your Students Register at Your Cost

We know each ministry charges it's students different prices and even offer scholarships for some students. The additional cost is then absorbed by the ministry itself or by individuals wanting to help a student have the Z2 Convergence experience.

The registration process is customized to fit your group's payment needs through specific discount codes. These will allow ministries and sponsors to lower the registration price of your students by covering their remaining registration balance as your budget allows.

This may be done universally for your whole group as well as for select students in need of greater discounts. Each student's remaining balance, after using their specific discount code, will be applied to the remaining balance for your ministry.

The Remaining Balance

Once you as the ministry leader are ready to pay the remaining balance for those who have registered for the Z2 Convergence, you can pay that balance using the "Contribute to Group / Participant Registration" ticket type.

To find out your remaining balance, you will need to contact Chris Blair.

An Example

Let's say that instead of charging your students the full $85 for the Z2 Convergence, you are only charging $50 per student. You know that your budget will cover the additional $35 for each participant. In addition, you have 2 students who are unable to pay at all and one church member who is willing to help with that cost.

Here are the five steps for group leaders to take:

1. Contact Doug Johnson or Chris Blair to ask for and receive a discount code for $35 that you will give to all your students. You will also get a discount code for $85 that you will protect with your life and ONLY give to those 2 students who are unable to pay. (If the whole group enters the $85 discount code, that full balance falls to your ministry balance! :))
2. You and your students register online applying the appropriate discount codes.
3. Contact the church member wanting to help and have him/her contribute towards your group's or one individual's Z2 Convergence registration.
4. Contact Chris Blair to find out your remaining balance.
5. Finally, you pay your ministry's remaining balance online.
